May 7th, 2023 @ 2pm @ Rithet’s Bog in Victoria, BC
Every year on the first Sunday in May, International Bereaved Mother's Day honors mothers who have lost a child. This idea of the walk is to spend time with other mothers who are grieving the death of a child of any age for any cause. We may not wish to share our story at this time but just know that all those invited are bereaved mothers and it will be a safe and confidential environment. The idea is to connect with other mothers and know you are not alone. There is street parking on Dalewood Lane. We will meet at the information sign at 2pm. The info sign is located just off Chatterton on Dalewood Lane. The walk is about 40-50 minutes at a moderate pace. For more information contact diane@griefconnections.ca
